Meet your coach, Shannon
While being in the industry as a personal trainer & online coach she also competes at high levels in Bodybuilding (WBFF) and Powerlifting (IPF)
Along with her sports, Shannon is fully qualified as a pre & post-natal trainer, bodybuilding certs, and is fully qualified as a nutritionist.
Shannon believes in the fact that the health and fitness industry is forever evolving, so she continues to further educate herself in all areas.
So no matter what age you are or where you sit in your level of experience inside or outside the gym, Shannon will be able to assist you in transforming your lifestyle.
